This section features messages from the leaders of the newly-established
SIGs, and will be available for the next few weeks to assist the new
SIGs in publicising their groups and organising their meetings.

FROM: Neil Ashton, University of Oxford
SIG: High-Speed Computational Fluid Dynamics

This new SIG evolved from a desire to parallel the work of the
High-Speed Experimental Aerodynamics SIG led by Dr Paul Bruce and Prof
Holger Babinsky but with a particular focus on Computational Fluid
Dynamics. We are in the process of reaching out to invite people to join
the SIG but if you are interested to join please contact either myself
(neil.ashton at eng.ox.ac.uk) or George Barakos
(George.Barakos at glasgow.ac.uk).

FROM: Chris Johnson, University of Manchester, 3/10/19
SUBJECT: SIG meeting - Granular flows in the environment and industry

Date: 28-29 October 2019
Location: University of Manchester
