<p><span>Due to the current COVID-19 emergency, the ERCOFTAC Osborne Reynolds Day event will not take place this year. However,<span> </span><strong>a modified form of the competition will still go ahead</strong>, and current PhD students and recent graduates in fluid mechanics are invited to submit 3-page summaries of their work: the three best entries will go forward to the 2020 Da Vinci competition (<a href="https://www.ercoftac.org/events/da_vinci_competition/">https://www.ercoftac.org/events/da_vinci_competition/</a>), to be held in Italy in October, and along with the next six best entries will participate in the 2021 Osborne Reynolds Day.</span></p>
